No Water - No Pay! Well Locations
No Water - No Pay! Well Locations
Send me your full contact information; Full Name, Phone Number, Email, and Exact Property Address. Any other information you want to provide is welcome.
Note: I am offering No-Water-No-Pay Well Locations ONLY in Archuleta, LaPlata and the South side of Hinsdale County here in SW Colorado.
TO BE CLEAR: I am offering my No-Water-No-Pay for ONLY the WELL LOCATIONS I identify. NOT for any drilling costs.
I will take your property data and review it with the on-line Colorado Division of Water Resources Mapping site, and also with the internal drilled wells data that I have collected over the past 25 years. The surrounding wells data is rational, solid information that has led me to very successful drilling locations for all my years of drilling. Over the years I have even collaborated with my competition about difficult to get water site locations.
Then I will contact you back in one of two ways. Either I will send you an Invoice for $3000 that specifies the EXACT terms of the No-Water-No-Pay Well Location guarantee. For instance: "You have one year from the payment of this invoice to have your well drilled to this specifications." Continuing the example: "Your driller will need to drill at least 200' with a 7 7/8" bore hole and will install 4.5" PVC well casing with a 3/8" gravel pack up to at least the level of the static - standing water level from the ground. This well location should produce at or more than 2 GPM during a two hour pump test that your driller will perform, and/or if your driller states on the Well Construction Report to the State and to you that the well produces more than 2 GPM, THEN, I'll move the $3,000 out of my deposit account and pay myself."
Note: All the specific data in the example above will be different for each for well location.
Before I meet you on site, you will need to make the on-line payment. Or, IF you would prefer to meet me on site and pay me before I lay out the drilling location/s, that works as well. However, if you make the payment on-line, I will know you are serious and will spend more time in my research.
I will set up a date and time with you to meet you on your property and flag the location or locations that I believe will yield water. I will GPS those locations and send you those coordinates. And I will give you an hour of my time on site with any questions you may have about getting a successful well.
Then you will need to put your driller on auto-speed dial 😎 and get him to move to your property and drill before the year is up.
If your driller drills to the mimimum specifacitons I have laid out - trying to help you - and doesn't get the water that I promised. I will immediately give you your $3,000 back. I have an unblemished drilling and financial reputation. You will get paid back IMMEDIATELY.
IF you do end up with a "dry hole", you will need to pay your well driller for his charges. I suspect the return of the $3000 will be especially welcome at that time, as you will need to pay your driller.
I will let you know and I will NOT offer you the No Water No Pay Well Location/s Plan.
HOWEVER, I still want to help you. I will have given you the benefit - the reality check - of my "Head's Up" that you can expect difficulties in getting water. Secret: You need to know that unscrupulous drillers will happily drill you a dry hole since that is one of the most profitable things drillers can do. In future conversations I will expand on WHY knowing drilling in a poor location is SO valuable.
At no charge to you, I will spend 30 minutes with you on the phone explaining your options are for water. Perhaps a cistern, maybe a Specialty Well, or an Infiltration Gallery Well.
IF you still want me to pick a drilling location for you, I can. I will quote you the costs of that after my initial research and our conversation. Then I will send you an invoice and after you pay that invoice, I will go out and mark what I consider to be the best place to drill. And then I will keep you in my prayers.
I want to help you and I hare seeing property owners get ripped off. Why not use my 25 years of experience in the area to give you your best shot of getting water - or I don't get paid! And YES. . . . I am an entrepreneur . . . 😉
ONLY. . . I . . . am putting YOUR money where my mouth is!
Seismic Technology: What pushes me on this is seeing the Seismic Companies requiring you to pay, often times, MORE than $3000 for well locations. The majority of the ground here in SW Colorado is Mancos Shale. It is basically a hard clay turning into a harder shale with compression and time. Most of the wells in these areas are fissure-fed wells - tiny rivulets of water slowly trickling through cracks in the shale from somewhere higher to somewhere lower.
There are three reasons why the Seismic Technology doesn't work:
AND you don't get your money back if you don't get water. I have NOT BEEN HAPPY when drilling dry hole behind the Seismic well locators. I have stories . . .
Dousing-Witching: There is something to it . . . BUT WAIT:
The PRIMARY reason why you don't want your driller to Douse is HIS primary problem. He has to get a minimum of 150,000 pounds of equipment on your undeveloped property, and is he going to find that magic location to drill on an easy to-get-to spot or a hard to-get-to location? Is HE going to drill for free if he doesn't hit water? Of course not.
He has a big dog in the hunt - making money - by choosing an easy location to drill.
There IS something to Dousing - in certain locations. What's funny is that my son, taking the second generation of the company I founded and ran for 25 years, Justice Water Systems - HE can douse. But he won't admit it and won't Douse for his clients that need him to drill. It is SUCH a conflict of interest, on so many levels.
This is why you hire me. After 36 years in the "bidness", the truth that I know about Dousing is that it has something to do with cracks or fractures in the ground. Dousers ALWAYS call what they feel, "streams." Maybe, IF they have water. But mostly they are sensing cracks in the ground. Most Douser's can't identify how deep those cracks or fissures are. Very good Dousers can.
Most areas in SW Colorado don't need to be Doused. But there are several areas that Dousing does give an advantage. (Again, I've got stories.) When I am wanting to offer a No-Water-No-Pay Well Locatio that I know needs to be Doused, I will get a retired driller buddy of mine who "can do this magic" and I will take him to your property, direct him as necessary, and then pay him to Douse. At no charge to you.
Once again, hiring me to Connect you to your future water is really the most rational, cost effective thing you can do.
There is one more secret of mine in the pursuit of water. I will make the decision to share that with you, or not, upon meeting you in person.
